Robotic Visual Servoing in a Gantry Robot
Often times when robots place items in or on platforms, the repetitive motion may cause the robot’s mechanical sensors to drift in accuracy. This event causes parts to be misaligned resulting in multiple hours of recalibrating robots. In order to eliminate the need for robot calibration and eliminate accuracy drift, H10 developed a visual servoing software that uses computer vision to detect objects of interest and then controls the movement of the robot arm to the destination desired.
